"Hard to find" is the Windows UI's (user interface's) middle name! As Windows user Bungsuputra Linan rightly pointed out to me you can see the information using the System Information tool. But unless you need sysinfo's extensive reports here is a quicker way requiring fewer mouse clicks:

Right-click on My Computer.
Select Properties.
Click on the Device Manager tab.
Select Computer (topmost entry)
Click on Properties.
