In memory of Kalu Rinpoche
- Kalu Rinpoche (1905 - 1989) was the senior meditation master of the Tibetan Kagyu Order. He also was the spiritual teacher of the present Dalai Lama. Kalu Rimpoche was one of Tibet's religious meditation masters I had the privilege of of meeting and so it was a beautiful surprise to find a picture of this memorable teacher on the Web.

WebMuseum: Famous Paintings exhibition
- A site I keep going back to again and again. Biographies and fast loading thumbnail pictures of paintings (you can view their bigger sized cousins as well). Includes Munch, Goya, Duerer, Kandinsky and many, many others. This picture is a detail of Dance Class at the Opera. Edgar Degas painted it in 1872 and today it resides in the Musee d'Orsay, Paris.
