The Bauhaus School


Herbert Bayer, born in Austria, was a Bauhaus member from 1921-1928. From 1925 on he headed the workshop for "Printing and Advertising". In 1938 he immigrated to New York.

The Kent Gallery in New York has held two Bayer exhibitions in the past: The Aspen Years and the Centennial exhibition. Between the two you can view about ten works online.
