Preconditions:	Medical assistant has logged on to application (#1). Main menu is being displayed.
Flow of events:	1) Select “unlock patient record” 2) Prompts for Medical Record Number. 3) Assistant enters MR#. 4) Assistant confirms MR#. 5) Message that record is unlocked. 6) Returns to main menu.
Successful Post-condition:	Specific record is unlocked and can be created/changed by patient.
Failed Post-condition:	Assistant enters incorrect MR#.
