brief explanation:

UCI : contains the db files from UC/Irvine in arff form (which weka likes)

cs639 : is various code I wrote in cs639 (XML & the web) course that I 
      haven't the heart to throw away

disc_proj : is stuff for a paper Prof Simovici & I wrote on discretization
      plus the some old code. When it appears somewhere, I will update
      this to have the current stuff. It also contains the stuff (code
      etc. from weka)

sql_stuff : is what it says. Some little stuff I used to get going in
      learning SQL
