Hi, I'm Hiroshi WADA, a Ph.D student in the Computer Science Department at University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a member of the Distributed Software Systems Group (DSSG), led by Prof. Jun Suzuki.

My research interests include Model-Driven Software Development, Domain-Specific Languages, Software Architecture, Distributed Computing, Sensor Network Architecture, and Biologically-Inpsired Computing. Please see the detais here.

Before enrolling in the Ph.D. program in 2005, I worked for Object Technology Institute, Inc., an international partner of Object Management Group (OMG) in Japan, as a technical director and engaged in consulting and educational services in the field of Object Oriented Technologies, Distributed Computing and Software Modeling.

[Jun 26, 2008] My book chapter titled "iNetLab: A Model-Driven Development Environment for Biologically-Inspired Autonomic Network Applications" got accepted in Autonomic Computing and Networking, Springer.

[May 16, 2008] I got the Research Excellence Award, First Place, at the First Annual Doctoral Research Symposium!!

[May 1, 2008] My papers got accepted in IEEE Congress on Services, SOA Standards Symposium and IEEE Congress on Services, Workshop on Methodologies for Non-functional Properties in Services Computing
