I use Andrew McCallum's Libbow for pre-processing text documents. Complete source code and user manual are provided by the author. Unfortunately, the original source code did not compile on my PC, so I had to do a couple of minor fixes. I am providing the source code with these fixes and the .exe files (compiled in cygwin environment).
