Project Plan, due Tuesday, May 4, 20 points, limit 2 pages (i.e. 120
lines of text, use "wc -l" to count lines)  in projplan.txt in your
proj directory. No late days can be used here (no programming).

Give external spec (syscalls in this case) and internals with
a general discussion plus breakdown into proposed functions:
give function names, parameters, and description like a header 
comment, i.e., about 2 lines on what it does.

Project Implementation due Tues., May 11, 30 points.  Late days
can be used here.
