[MassHistPres] S.993: An Act Accelerating Housing Production

It is definitely true in Somerville, it was amusing to see a real estate
agent stating a 1900 date on a listing sheet with Somerville Beyond the
Neck opened to a page showing the 1874 Hopkins Atlas with the house on it.
I did try to get such things corrected when possible but neither I nor the
Assessors had time to rectify them all.
