[MassHistPres] Preservation lawyer request

I would appreciate any recommendations for a lawyer (s) that focus on Historic Preservation law.  Specifically on the authority of the. 40C vs the towns by~laws. New construction proposed by developer that is not a good fit etc to the HD. Suing the town. Meeting with TC for discussion. 
Or if you have information on a similar situation that would provide direction.
