[MassHistPres] Possible developer threat to LHDs

Chris,

Well written response. While access to affordable housing is an important
initiative, it does not need to be achieved at the expense of the existing
historic housing stock.

In fact retention of existing structures is both affordable and sustainable
compared to their destruction and replacement.

I hope you don’t mind if I paraphrase your response in the one I intend on
writing to the authors of this inappropriate proposed legislation.
