[MassHistPres] Bill to amend MGL Chapter 40, Section 8D and Chapter 40C

Thank you for the link to respond to the Joint Committee on Municipalities
and Regional Government regarding proposed Senate Bill S1428. My response
(attached) strongly recommends reconsideration of the language submitted as
I am concerned it creades deleterious impacts to preservation.
