I hope you are all well in Sudbury. Here are some suggestions: American Alliance of Museums open forum (Museum Junction) https://community.aam-us.org/home New England Museum Association: https://nemanet.org/networking/ NYFA (New York Foundation for the Arts) https://www.nyfa.org/create-listing/ Hireculture.org https://www.hireculture.org/ Through the Massachusetts state contracting website. https://www.mass.gov/doc/qrg-how-to-post-a-bid-notice-in-commbuys/download - this will feed into all sorts of other aggregated services that distribute bid opportunities nationally. The American Association for State and Local History also has a new open messaging platform https://aaslh.org/telegraph/. It started last week, so I'm not sure of its reach. Most qualified vendors will look in one or more of these places, or they will have set up automatic alerts. Firms will also circulate among themselves if they don't plan to bid. Hope this is helpful! One of several but new and appropriate. We do require certified notice letters to be sent by the applicant to all LHD properties for projects that are more comprehensive. Is there policy that would allow for either notices being sent to less property owners or maybe abutters? It’s not an inexpensive task. I’ve seen mention also of special circumstances where a Certificate of non applicability is used? Thank you Nancy Nancy Robbins Federici Co-chair, Norton Center Historic District Commission C.
