[MassHistPres] Demolition Review Bylaw

Krissy,

The best course of action is to change the narrative, if possible. In
Hopkinton, we were able to mobilize the town residents to extend our Demo
Delay bylaw from 6 to 18 months when the Aaron Claflin Inn was threatened
with demolition.

If you can find something in town that residents would think worth
preserving they might not be as quick to focus on what’s in it for them,
but rather what’s good for the community?
