I know a local non profit with historic properties, the Norcross Wildlife
Sanctuary used Energy Conservation Services https://www.ecsbetterhome.com
to do energy audits--although based in NY , the company works throughout
New England and specializes in work that combines historic preservation and
energy efficiency.
