[MassHistPres] Question about municipally-owned historic rentals

Hello fellow Mass. Historical folks,

In the past, a historic property owned by the Town of Norwell has been rented. There are now liability concerns regarding lead paint (the apartment has been lead abated and certified by the Commonwealth as such). The Town has MIIA insurance.

Does your town own a historic property that is rented? And, if so: 

1) Does your town have MIIA insurance?
2) Does your town have a supplemental policy for these historic house rentals?
