The HDC is thinking about sending out a letter to our property owners with just a minimal bit of information. Basically just a hello from the Commission, here’s where you can find information ( Town Website) and contact info should they need to touch base. Pretty vanilla. 

One of our members is reluctant to do this as our guidelines are what they consider a bit outdated ( updated guides are in the works) but nevertheless it’s what we go by. 

Does anyone have comment as to why sending out a letter of this sort is/could be detrimental?  BTW, there has not been any communication in many many years.
