[MassHistPres] Tercentenery marker rehab

Our Commission voted to leave all four of our markers as they were
because they are historic in themselves (including the way history was
interpreted in 1930) and because it was thought that, though inaccurate
by today's understanding and language, they were not offensive.

That said, our local library historian is working on corrections to the
language for the Commission which will appear on our website. In
addition, we plan to add a small engraved plaque with a QR code to each
post, directing the viewer to the website and thus the new understanding
of the events.

Regards,
- Susan
