[MassHistPres] Lexington Historic Districts Concern

Susan, we have not faced such. 
It is town owned property….. creating such as a pavilion is surely incongruent within the historic district. Simply doesn’t belong. 
Does such need a building permit and therefore must be signed off by an Historic District Commission? They have their guidelines to stand by. 
Do continue to oppose. We would all like to know the outcome.
