[MassHistPres] Fees Structures/Policies for Historic District Bylaw Violations

Good Afternoon,
    The Historic District Commission in Bridgewater, Mass, is in the process of developing a fees structure/policy for historic district bylaw violations, of which there have been many in the past year or so.  At this point, we would like to examine existing fees structures/policies in other historic districts in the Commonwealth.  If you have any such fees and policies, please forward them to me along with your comments on their effectiveness.  We hope to develop a simple, straightforward, yet effective, fees structure/policy.  We very much appreciate your input and time.
   I have been on the Mass Historic list-serv for decades now and always enjoy reading the helpful, insightful emails provided by the membership.
