Attached is a Request for Development Proposals for the historic former Norton Company/Saint‑Gobain Abrasives Administration Building at 1 New Bond Street in Worcester. This building was identified through Section 106 Consultation as preferably preserved, and we are optimistic that an adept developer can find a creative reuse for this great building.
