[MassHistPres] Remediating lead-based paint

I am definitely not an expert on the standards but our local historical society did a matching MHC grant project on a listed building and we replaced about 10% of the siding. It was approved by our preservation consultant and we got the matching funds from MHC so it was acceptable. However, while the siding did test positive for lead it was replaced because of rot. I’m not sure if that made a difference.
