[MassHistPres] Communication with Local Historic District Residents/Property Owners

Good Morning,
The Town's Historic District Commission is looking to get into the practice
of communicating with the residents/property owners within our local
historic districts more regularly. Would anyone have examples of a letter
or email they send out that they would be willing to share? Looking for
something that communicates their responsibilities as property owners in
the district, but is also still friendly and informative.
