Yes that’s right an the Form B is a very good narrative of the significance of the campus and mentions the involvement of Hugh Stebbins and Earl Pope - plus there is a lot of innovative housing on site as well as farmland. Also there are public bus lines nearby and social amenities like the pool and gym that could form part of innovative community spaces going forward.
