[MassHistPres] Demolition/removal status re Certificate

The owner of one of the properties in our Historic District is requesting permission to repair and demo/remove a portion of iron fencing along the street side of the property. Some of the fence is of historic value and they intend to repair.  Much of another section seems to be a quick fix of piping materials and is in sad condition and there is no record of it as historic importance    That section is requested for demolition. If it’s slated for removal/demo with no replacement, it should still fall under a CONA I would think? Removal will not impact the historical environment.
