Hello! My name is Anamika Majumder(Dhar). I was born and brought up in the North-Eastern State of Assam in India. After having done with my schooling I went to Regional Engineering College in Jaipur (June 1996) for my undergrad studies. I graduated with an M.S. from the department of Computer Science at The University of Massachusetts at Boston, in May 2002.

I am fascinated with computers and programming and love to travel and cook when I am not glued to the machine. I also like meeting people from all over the world, and hope to find time SOME DAY to learn to play the Piano...

My husband Pradip is a Scientist at Merck Research Laboratories and also an adjunct Research faculty at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. He went to Jadavpur University, Calcutta for his B.Pharm. and M.Pharm. and then to the A.I.I.M.S, New Delhi for his Ph.D. in Cancer Pharmacology.

We are blessed with two adorable boys - Aniket (Feb 2004) and Anuj (Jan 2006).
