Project #01 - Installation

Lab Report Due: March 10, 2026, 11:59pm


  1. Follow the instructions the attached file for installing Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Server on your virtual machine Project 1 - Installing Ubuntu Server.
  2. Write about all of this in your admin log. I want an overall description of what you are doing and also answers to specific prompts in the instructions.
  3. The path to the Ubuntu 20.04 LTS ISO may be different from what is in the project instructions. In that event, we must identify the correct location!
NOTE: Although I have checked the instructions to be sure that they line up with the present state of the workstations and IT Lab LAN, there may be some discrepancies. In that event, please let me know so that I can clarify things!
