I'm a Computer Science graduate from UMass Boston interested in cybersecurity, systems, and building technology that helps people. My background combines technical projects, leadership, event organization, and community building through dance.
I like understanding how things work underneath the surface — operating systems, security, low-level programming, and networks — and I learn fastest by building something real and then testing where it breaks.
Monitoring & Detection
System monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana, vulnerability analysis, and incident response.
Security & Systems
Access control, authentication, networking, cryptography, and how attackers exploit weaknesses.
Low-Level & ML
C / C++ close to the metal, plus applied ML / NLP for pattern recognition and anomaly detection.
Chimera Project →
Systems monitoring & security research — Grafana/Prometheus dashboards and a documented vulnerability.
02Buffer Overflow →
Binary exploitation in C — bytecode payload injection and GDB memory analysis (UNAM, Mexico City).
03Keylogger (PoC) →
Proof-of-concept keylogger in C to study system vulnerabilities, OS internals, and defenses.
04Reddit Mental Health Classifier →
ML/NLP system that finds mental-health indicators in text — pattern recognition for anomaly detection.
I founded Anhelo Salsa Club at UMass Boston — organizing classes, collaborating with student orgs, growing a dance community, and leading a large campus event with live music. Building a community turned out to teach me as much about leadership as any project did.
