- In order to do either, you need to have a working Internet connection
- So this is the first thing to check
- The easiest way to do this is to use your browser
- But you want to go to a web page you have never visited before
- You want to be sure that your browser is not retrieving a page from its cache
Login Problems
- Make sure you have entered the correct username and password
- Be careful about capitalization
- All usernames are lowercase
- If you enter the wrong passwords 5 times you will be blocked

- If you forget your password, go to
https://portal.cs.umb.edu/password/
