1 Nov: hw2 posted, WAS due Saturday, Nov 8; now due Sunday, Nov 9 at 11:59pm; 8nov7am UPDATE: In question 2.3, "what you did" means "what you have done so far on the long project to create value for your client. The list for your work should be directly related to the product backlog for your team's long project. Let's assume your team has read the client project description and created 20 items of varying specificity that represents the product backlog. Tell where that artifact is located. Then for each sprint your team chose a sprint goal. Tell me your view of number of sprints and sprint goals that your team has had. Tell me where that artifact is located. Then for each goal, tell me which product backlog item(s) your work addressed, citing numbers from the list. Then, for the 'work you did' list, tell me whether each item was done as a shared item or done individually and if shared add shared with whom. Then you have a list to use to explain your customer value creation."

Reports 10-20 are graded. Hw2 is graded. I have printed them and made comments to hand back in class on Tues. There is good progress on understanding how to apply agile principles to the long projects.

Dec4: As announced in class on Tues, your 3 longproj slides (not 4) are due next Wed Dec 10 by 11:59pm. Submit as .pdf to course dir. Use the same format as last time. I will grade what you submit and make the website. Be sure to be specific about your own work on the longproj and the skills you have gained. Presentations will be given Thurs Dec 12, starting at 4pm precisely, 3 minutes each. Starting at 4:40pm, demos of each long proj will be given. The order will be: CAL, WW, AIA. Choose one team member to present. Clients are welcome to attend. Please be ontime for the class and give the speakers your full attention.
