EFG Project Collaboration Tools Data Security
We make open-source software that helps biologists build interactive, electronic, tree-based keys and multi-entry keys. For examples or to download the software, click here. We make tools to help scientists manage their data in a collaborative environment. Our current projects include a JPEG 2000 image annotation editor and RMEI, a P2P (peer-to-peer) based protocol for editing structured data. We develop distributed XML access controls for biodiversity data, with collaborators including NatureServe.
