What if Israel was run by the Arabs?

What do modern Arab states do to subjects, whose loyalty they find doubtful — with or without a good reason? If, indeed, Israel was an Arab state, they would've done to their Arab-minority, what Jordan did to PLO in 1970, during the so called "Black September":

Estimates of the number of the people killed in the ten days of Black September range from three thousand to more than five thousand, although exact numbers are unknown. The Palestinian death toll in 11 days of fighting was estimated by Jordan at 3,400, though Arafat claimed that 20,000 had been killed.

Oh, you might say, that was nearly 40 years ago! Well, in 1992 Saudi Arabia peacefully expelled a peacefull 1 million of Yemenis over their equivocal reaction to Saddam Hussein's invasion of Kuwait. Did anybody say "ethnic cleansing"?

And if Israel were more like Sudan, then, in addition to being killed and expelled, the minority might also have seen their women raped, as the Sudanese Arabs are doing to non-Muslim Darfuris right now:

"The raping of Darfuri women is not sporadic or random, but is inexorably linked to the systematic destruction of their communities," the report said. Victims are taunted with racial slurs such as "I will give you a light-skinned baby to take this land from you."

Do you see an Arab declaring any of those atrocities (the last of them — still ongoing) a "genocide", a "holocaust", or a "bloodbath"? Does anyone complain of "land stealing" going on in Darfur? Has an Arab capital canceled festivities over these hundreds of thousands of deliberate victims, as they canceled New Year celebrations over hundreds of unintended Gazan casualties? Do you see the vaunted "international community" at it? No, they are all busy condemning Israel for its highly inhumane self-defense.
