[MassHistPres] Design Guidelines Update

Good morning Samantha and Holly,

The Salem Historical Commission updated its Design Guidelines in 2022. The final cost was $33,000, for which we received a matching S&P grant from MHC. I will note that the project began in 2021, almost five years ago.
