[MassHistPres] [EXTERNAL] Re: Design Guidelines Update

The City of Chelsea just finished creating Design Guidelines for our
Historic Districts, which are nationally designated districts rather than
local historic districts. We received a $25,000 Massachusetts Downtown
Initiative (MDI) grant, as 3 out of our 4 historic districts are located
along our downtown corridor, and worked with Innes Associates to produce
the guidelines.
