American Alliance of Museums open forum (Museum Junction)

NYFA (New York Foundation for the Arts) https://www.nyfa.org/create-listing/

Hireculture.org https://www.hireculture.org/

Through the Massachusetts state contracting website.
https://www.mass.gov/doc/qrg-how-to-post-a-bid-notice-in-commbuys/download
- this will feed into all sorts of other aggregated services that
distribute bid opportunities nationally.

The American Association for State and Local History also has a new open
messaging platform https://aaslh.org/telegraph/. It started last week, so
I'm not sure of its reach.

Most qualified vendors will look in one or more of these places, or they
will have set up automatic alerts. Firms will also circulate among
themselves if they don't plan to bid.
