The City of Northampton, acting through it Office of Planning and
Sustainability (OPS) and in cooperation with its Historical Commission,
seeks an experienced preservation consultant to inventory and document
historic resources at Laurel Park, update an existing incomplete area form
(NTH.N) and prepare a National Register significance statement for the
