[MassHistPres] Percentage of property for land space in new construction

Does anyone require a % breakdown of building, parking and land space
 ( green space) within a parcel that’s in a LHD? Especially in new construction? Having concerns new building and parking overwhelm space. Guidelines don’t really specify. We are taking notice of the surrounding lots and their landspace dimensions.
