As a parent of a Hampshire College alum, for whom it and the whole Five College context was a great fit and career initiator, I note that several of its buildings are on the NR.  

However, I wonder if there has been any consideration given to making the core campus an LHD and/or providing it with overlay zoning.  

Admittedly, limited compensation for such a sad institutional loss.
