Hi All,

The Historical Commission of Carlisle is proposing a Demolition Bylaw - to
be voted on at Fall Town Meeting. The HC has been working on crafting the
bylaw and running outreach to Town Boards and the larger community for the
better part of two years.

Curious if anyone has thoughts/guidance on what helped with successful
passage of the bylaw in their town?
